Block IP
When an account fails to log in multiple times, the IP address will be blocked for security reasons.
- Unblock IP: Go to Settings > Blocked IPs and delete the blocked address.
- Whitelist IP: Navigate to Settings > Whitelisted IPs and click “Add” to allow access.
- Increase login attempts: Adjust settings in Operation Settings to a maximum of 10 failed logins.
- Blocked users can contact support via email at BlockedIPMail.
Additional Information
- You can add this blocked IP address to the whitelist by going to Settings > Whitelisted IPs (View Screenshot) and clicking “Add.”
- Increase the number of allowed failed log-ins by navigating to Settings > Operation Settings (View Screenshot). The maximum allowed attempts are 10.
- Add an email contact at Settings > Operation Settings > BlockedIPMail (View Screenshot) so blocked users can request unblocking.
